Pocklington sits amid fertile farmland at the foot of the Yorkshire Wolds, five minutes off the main A1079 York to Hull road. A traditional, bustling market town tipped with the tower of its 13th century church, good transport links mean a twentyminute journey to historic York, the East coast or the picturesque Dales region and North York Moors.
